Consulting and technology for hotels and resorts

Digital operations for hotels. Less friction, better systems.

We make daily operations in hotels and resorts in Brandenburg, Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Bavaria, the Leipzig area and Schleswig-Holstein digital and automate them: housekeeping, room status, defects, handovers and the daily report. With a process analysis first and AI training for the team.

20 minutes. One workflow. A clear next step.

01 / Where it hurts

Where the day actually gets stuck

  • 01

Which housekeeping, maintenance and front desk workflows take time?

We document room planning, defects and shift handovers, then rank them in writing by effort, effect and risk.

  • 02

Room status by shouting, defects on notes.

We make the housekeeping plan, room status, defects and handovers digital: one status that front desk, head housekeeper and maintenance all see. Where your PMS provides data, we use it.

  • 03

AI has reached the front desk. The rules have not.

Your hotel team practises on its own tasks: which ones suit AI, how results are checked and which guest data must stay out of AI tools.

02 / How it works

How working together runs

We start with one real workflow, rank the options in writing and deliver only what is worthwhile. Each step can be commissioned separately.

  1. First conversation

20 minutes, one concrete workflow. You leave knowing whether analysis is the next step.

  2. Process analysis

A bounded engagement: written order of priority and a reason per workflow.

  3. Delivery

Its own engagement, if the analysis carries it. Commissioned separately.

  4. Training

On your team’s actual work, standalone or alongside delivery.

04 / FAQ

Common questions

What happens in the first conversation?

Twenty minutes, one workflow that regularly costs you time. You leave knowing whether analysis is the next step and what it would cover.

How is the offer structured?

Four clearly separated steps: first conversation, process analysis, delivery as its own engagement, and training standalone or alongside. You decide again after each step.

Does the AI then decide things for my business?

No. Anything that makes a commitment or moves money keeps a human approval. Fixed answers, for example for a guest chatbot, are approved once in advance by your team. AI prepares, a person decides. That is how it is built, not just how it is described.
