01 / Starting point

Starting point

Operations since 2006: front desk, F&B, pre-openings, most recently systems and operations for a hotel and residential group. The technical side comes from those systems projects and from training in agentic engineering, which means building software with AI assistants.

02 / Where it hurts

Where it hurts

  1. Anyone who does not know the shift automates the wrong thing.
  2. Consulting that ends on a slide does not change the operation.
  3. A tool without a workflow is just another system.

03 / How it works

How it works

  1. 01

Start from the problem on shift, not from the tool.

  2. 02

First understand how the shift works today, then build.

  3. 03

Anything that makes a commitment or moves money keeps a human decision.

What this is not

No automation that makes outward promises on its own. Nothing gets built that nobody in the house can explain.

04 / Result

Result

You are talking to someone who knows the shift and builds the systems.

05 / FAQ

Common questions

All questions and answers

Where does the hotel experience come from?

Twenty years in hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, pre-openings and systems projects. Solutions start from the shift that has to carry them.

Where does the technical side come from?

From systems work in hotel operations: introducing systems, connecting them and keeping them running day to day. Added to that is training in agentic engineering, which means building software with AI assistants. Your project would be built with the same tools.

How is the offer structured?

Four clearly separated steps: first conversation, process analysis, delivery as its own engagement, and training standalone or alongside. You decide again after each step.

Can the result be to automate nothing?

Yes, and that is a valid outcome. Some work is too rare, too varied or too much a matter of trust. In that case the report says so, with reasons.

Which workflow costs the most hours every week?

Book a first conversation

20 minutes. One workflow. A clear next step.
